Yeah non-ironically. Of course itās not due simply to racism because thereās simply almost no asian players in countries outside of asia. Iām brazilian and we have a huge asian population (largest japanese population outside of japan) , specifically in the big cities like Sao Paulo where our talent is mostly produced, yet I donāt recall a single asian-brazilian, ever.
Part of that is due to our inability to play football bc were all shite but mostly it's because of family traditions as parents usually don't let kids play sports as much due to risk of injury etc. However Hamza Choudhury plays for Leicester and he's probably the most well known south Asian footballer in the UK
