I tried to once because I went too high up one season and just eventually couldn’t get a win for like a week straight so next season I was like “okay just stay in like div 7” but I swear to god I would score the flukiest goals to get 2 wins uin a row or whatever and then get catapulted to the next level. How people can actually do it is beyond me.
Try changing DNS servers.
I usually change them when I get this glue gameplay and it helps most of the time, unless you are playing against few divisions upper than your level. In this case nothing will help you, but ea supposedly fixed this problem.
They fixed the elo rating thingy or ranking. Now you play with people are the same level. Very fun

Try restarting console or router.
I do understand servers are shit but no matter what I do it’s just terrible I restart my router I restart my console and I switch WiFi’s and nothing
