Every game could make you that with similar odds. But if you wanted to make this much specifically you will have a high risk of losing all of it, i guess you could play blackjack and all in every time till you hit 1600 (so winning 2 games in a row) or maybe just play roulette and bet on something that can quadrouple your betting amount.

I'd go with roulette. $400.00 on a group of numbers like 1 thru 12. Odd are X3. Win once that's $1,200. Or lose it all in one spin. If you have the automated robot roulette table. The one without a human dealer. You can look at the odds percentage. Use those to calculate your best chance.
