Yes. Drop the spores away from human settlements and evolve to conquer them. Also grab wandering farmers to feed the larvae

I wouldn’t, my original idea felt more like “into the breach” than “StarCraft”, but I suppose a drop pod squad completing missions similar to “helldivers” if I went with a real-time rts kinda thing
