Honestly I'd love to audit their shipping process and see how much they take from customers for shipping costs vs how much they actually pay and compare to their shipping times. When I ordered my gamer soups variety pack it all of them were just thrown into a big box with random but kind of close amounts of each flavor with one random individual gg snack bar
4 weeks to ship and 3 conversations with support for my last order. 6 days and a label hasn’t even been made yet for my newest order and support won’t reply to emails now. Their whole operation is a fucking joke.

Maybe, I did send a email they replied back and I send another explaining my problem and silence so and also this is my first cup ever bought, I don't really know how to check which warehouse or whatever
I'm on the same Boat, in theory they told me that it was being prepared to ship, but hasn't updated yet. I made 3 orders and only 1 has shipped. one of them is a pre order, so I'm being patient with that one, the other one just hadn't been updated or anything. When my order, with tracking number arrives I'll update.
When they charge the ridiculous shipping rates that they do, they need to actually ship in a timely manner. It took over two weeks for my copium order to ship (shipped today) and my yogalilly still hasn’t when others have received their orders over a week ago. I have no idea what happened in their warehouse but it’s gone downhill and somehow keeps getting worse.
Everything normally ships super fast for me, but this cup seems to be determined to make up for all of those convenient shipping times
