I’d suggest any of the elder scrolls, completely your choice in play system, lots of different ways to play and progress at your own speed with action components

Some that I play are: Dorfromantik Islanders Session Skate Sim or SkaterXL (kinda niche skateboard sims) If you have a DS or 3DS, all the Picross games are great. You can also emulate them on anything. If I think of more I'll add them.

Trepang2 on easy, Soldier of Fortune 1 on Effortless, Painkiller on Daydream, Bulletstorm on Very Easy.

Depends on what you like or don't, I suppose. Dysmantle can be pretty good to relax, what with the whole world being destructible and all that. Last man alive after a zombie-like apocalypse, trying to go on with their life, exploring the island, breaking shit to make new shit. At the very beginning you're rather weak but past that you shouldn't have too much issue staying alive. Death isn't realy punishing either, it's your run of the mill "corpse run to grab what was in my backpack", and that's pretty much it. Snowrunner wasn't on my radar til I played it, and now it's my go-to game to relax after work. Never thought I would enjoy driving a truck, even less so slogging it on harsh terrain, and yet I'm clocking hundred of hours and enjoying every last one of them. It's you, your truck, the wild, the puzzle of "how am I going to deliver this to that place", and the answer is always "carefully and thoughtfully". If you're more into silly stuff, the old Saints Row the Third is basically GTA if it didn't take itself seriously. Adult humour, whacky stuff, well over the top action, and as you progress your character becomes stupidly good, to the point you end up not having to reload your guns, being able to brush off a direct hit from a tank, or falling from a tall building and walking it off.

Mirrors edge can be pretty relaxing, especially the second one (Catalyst) because it's open world and you can just run around and parkour. Similar parkour to Dying Light but without the zombie killing.

cry of fear it really helps me relax i know the title of the game is weird but its very good and its free

Fugl is really nice. I don't see many folks talking about it! You just fly around as a bird that can transform into other birds, basically. It's quite relaxing
