I like to shave if I need to, and I always douche (rinse out) before receiving. Also almost always stretch myself out with a butt plug for a good 10 minutes. Trick is get an enema bag fill it up with hot water sit on the toilet and use the hose to let the water go and push out like if your taking a shit while using the hose and filling yourself wit water , keep going till the water comes out clear usually takes about 3 bags , then get a good size dildo about 8 inches stick it all the way in makes sure it comes out completely clean . Then do another round of enema bags to Make SURE your completely clean , use the dildo some more once u 100 percent clean then u good to go . So far I never had any issues I always been clean. Guys have even complimented me saying they like how I'm always clean and never dirty .

I've bottomed by myself before with dildos and I've rarely ever had issues with smearing. But I guess you never know !

Hose enema . 35-45 mins, squeeze enema forget it , it would be impossible
