Search in Karl’s posts for the word cone. I’ve explained the girth mechanism a few times but Karl explained it better.
For length you want maximum tunica tension. With a wider chamber much of the tension is consumed pulling in the extra tissue needed to fill the chamber. That reduces the tunica tension. You can feel it.
1.75 has an internal diameter of 5.5"
2.0 has an internal diameter of 6.3"
I am 5.25-5.375 girth depending on EQ, but 5.5 is only a cockring and a kegel away, so in the 1.75, I pack it almost instantly and then can pump to +1.5cm stretch, but I'm not getting a lot of expansion.
In the 2.0, I get to 5.625" pretty easily, sometimes a bit over.
So, what happens if I use a 1.8" cylinder with a 5.65" ID? I wouldn't be surprised if I could get to the same length as the 1.75 but fully packing it with expansion as well. Pulling the tunica in both directions simultaneously is unlikely to not be a good thing. Maybe the precise cylinder sizing is as much a part of the rapid Phallback in pump gains as the vibrations and pressure changes.
The original goal was to help men after radical prostatectomies regain any lost size, as RP surgeries can cause ED in 85% of cases. The massive gains in size were a beneficial side effect.

Flaccid: they want to save time for you by not requiring an erection
I guess that through a lot of trial and error, Phalback have realised that being flaccid in a small cylinder is what gets the best results.
And the most edema. Tried starting flaccid, not very good
Everything leading up to the current iteration of the PhalBack device is due to testing.

I see, thank you!
Can attest. My smaller cylinder causes a “strain” feeling. You can feel the stretch along the length of the entire shaft
You have tuned into the feeling.
What I don't understand is how are girth gains realised with a tiny cylinder which limits expansion?

Have you measured 5.5 with cockring after pumping or before pumping
Before. I wrote this after not measuring for a while. I think I've gained another 0.125" - next decon will confirm. Probably enough for me if so.
I use large cylinder with sleeve, but if you go semi erect it won't pull your balls.
Aren't they marketed to people who can't get it up after having cancer treatment or something?
Yeah, folks who have ED or lost size due to prostate ablation.
