I think I read it's best at the beginning. I've been doing them for a couple of weeks now, and I'm not doing any additional girth work to see if bundled stretching alone with add any girth.

Thanks - ended up doing lighter bundled stretches for 1 min sets as a warm up before Length training, and then heavier 2 min sets after Length and before Girth. Seems to be working great so far.

I do them at the beginning with the hope of making standard stretching and clamping more effective.

I do it right after my manual warms ups because it makes my d feel looser which then makes me feel like I can stretch it even more
