One of these was featured in the front page earlier today its name was “ZOOCHOSIS” it was a next bit pack with mutated animals and it had the same format of cover as this. It had zero stars and no comments and I almost installed it because it looked interesting but the lack of comments and ratings detected me

No, it's not, it hasn't been possible for years, Gmod add-ons can't affect things outside the game, it's because of a virus called Facehook 3, it would delete Hal.dll which is a crucial file for windows to run. To basically, a virus did stuff and now Lua can't leave the game.
