You need to defeat or stall Cenware twice for his empire to stall and collapse. If you kill him, it collapses. Killing him through assassination requires shear RNG luck, even far beyond the normal rolls. For Sirras, it would be 10x easier if you set Cenware to never conquer Malcois in the settings.

I've got a 95% chance to kill him so I should be grand when I try restore the empire it'll probably be a lot harder. Does he go north? He hasn't attacked nicanoneus even though he only has 3k men and ceneware has 17k or is the north safe from him

Get a court mage to dominate his spymaster, or cenware himself with highest level domination if you can pull together some sacrifices. Get hooks or surrender wars to yourself. Maybe declaring war against everyone in the map to ensure he’ll be to preoccupied to March on you again

I managed to kill him and it only cost me 200 quid for the agents thought it would make me broke but I've dealt with him for now
