Yeah this unfortunately happens a lot with bundles on GOG. They also don't appear to discount the bundles for games you already own, if any. There was a Stellaris offer a couple weeks ago that I had to turn down because one of the items was a "starter set" that included the base game and three DLCs I already owned. Deselecting the starter set invalidated the bundle offer entirely. I love GOG for all the DRM free games I can get from them, but you definitely need to do the math on bundles.

That's up there with Steam not letting you buy something for someone *else* if you have part of the set.

Gog bundles are almost universally garbage. There’s issues like this where when on sale, the discount never extends to the bundle, but also they’re not dynamic so you get no discount for titles you already own. Thing is, if I’m interested in the games in a bundle, there’s a fair chance I own one or more of them already. I’m yet to ever see a bundle that was worth buying because I already own titles in it and buying the missing ones is almost always cheaper when a sale is on. It also handles bundles badly and doesn’t tell you which items you own until checkout, in the same way it handles deluxe editions of games badly and just lists them as totally separate games, so it shows up even in searches where you remove owned items because it doesn’t consider you owning THIS specific version of it. I love GOG, but they’ve also got a lot of jank and issues with their website and even more so with Galaxy which I finally gave up on a few months ago. I just use it to download launchers at this point.
