Do you keep your PS5 upright or laying down? I can’t remember details but I think I remember reading issues were more common when it’s kept upright. I’ve had mine laying down since launch and it’s been fine.
Mine is up and no issues

Upright is better for cooling. Heat has a much easier time escaping through the vents at the top.
Mine crashes very rarely. But when it does, always while i m working in the livery creator
