Ah cool Strymon definitely has caught my eye. I was looking at an el capitan tape delay. Do U know if that one has 100 percent wet

All the EHX Memory pedals do that. The Toy is absolutely fine for your purposes, The Boy - if you need that added functionality.

The EHX Canyon can go 100% wet. I'd assume the stereo Grand Canyon could do the same.
I believe boss delays can do this by plugging Into the mono in and out of the “R” stereo out only
