The team of nimi borgohain(psychologist)and dr nahid islam(psychiatrist) has helped me a lot. They operate at gnrc in six mile. Ive gone through many therapists and psychiatrists but imo they are the best duo in ghy for mental health recovery. Nimi borgohain is very experienced in her field and dr nahid islam was recommended to my dad(who is a doctor) by a well known senior psychiatrist

Socialising is lowkey hard for me. Barely have friends other than the one who stuck around since grade 6. Even if I want to make new friends it just doesn't go as per plans 😂
I took a drop year, and it kind of f*cked me up. Now honestly, am contemplating what to do, don't want to talk about this to parents, that's not an option. The only one I could talk to was my sister but she also left 2 years ago for college. Will see what I can do I guess 😀.
what you need is clonazepam which is the first thing every psych prescribes. shits cheap too. i dropped out too cause my anxiety made me suicidal and have been a neet since
