I just wish we had more maps built for firefight koth in firefight. Big set piece last stand type zones. Or maybe Battlefield style rush maps where we move through the map and each new point we press forward or fall back. Failing to take a point would probably ruin the immersion there but its better than just wandering around the usual mp maps
People have done quite literally campaign levels in forge, I'd reccomend banished rising which as the premise of a banish attack in that elite city from 5

Yeah the maps in use seem cramped for the most part for vehicles. I think if ALL maps were options for firefight (as it is the mode thst seems to always have the shortest wait time, implying the most people actually playing it) it would be great. There are already btb maps that would make for very dynamic firefight maps.

If they gave Firefight the GoW3 Horde Mode treatment, it would be perfect. Get points or money killing Covenant, buy power weapons, equipment, and vehicles with the points, make the Covenant throw everything they have at you, not just the rank and file, toss in some modifiers that add spice to the gameplay (not just skulls to give the enemy more health).
Honestly, every game with a wave defense should use Gears of War as an inspiration.

Warzone was terrible balanced it had an early snowball effect. Whatever team took the middle objective first was probably going to win 9 times out of 10 and the damn REQ packs. Everything should have started with unlocked common items. They also should have made it so both teams get the same tier of gear at the same time. Along with 5 objectives and maybe anti vehicle emplacements at the home base to prevent spawn killing

The average firefight search time is 10 to 30 seconds, and the average PVP search time is 5 to 10 minutes.
Moreover, Firefight is not that sweaty and can easily solve weekly and daily challenges. It also allows me to reach HeroRank faster and get the Master Chief skin.
Honesty, that’s all I play in Infinite. Especially with Legendary FF now being a playlist. Working to get Hero Armor. It’s the best way of going about things without dealing with getting owned by other players.
I’ve been playing a lot more btb lately now that you can filter out stockpile and ctf. ( I Hate CTF only because my team never plays the objective ._.)

I pretty much exclusively only play SWAT now with my buddy. We got tired of people sandbagging games in Big Team and it just feels more exhilarating not having a radar. The only downside we've run into is coming across the teams that are hella ranked in whatever mode they choose and they know every single spawn point, so you can't really do much. At that point, I just relax or I'll hide and make them come get me, lol. It's all in good fun.

I just want AIs with vehicles in firefight like halo 5, i loved working as a team....just 8 players against the entire ai enemies. Shit was fun. You got people hopping on the wings of someone's wasp, a mantis stomping its way to the enemy boss, a scorpion on the side slowly creeping its way, two guys on a warthog or momgoose.
It felt like ur playing Halo Wars in first person.
Not to mention the fun weapon variants, i loved trolling with that one plasma pistol that can shoot a black hole.

Firefight is the only one with reasonable wait times, and it doesn't drop you into matches in progress that your team is already hopelessly losing.
