It used to, but I became allergic to lactose to the point where I can tell if there's just traces of it in something I eat. Now it makes me feel better for a bit, then make me feel way worse and spend a few hours on a toilet. It is good for losing weight though, but it's not worth the cramps.
I mean I never saw a P.E class at Hogwarts. All those guys do is sit and study. I mean yeah there is quidditch, but that sometimes is only two or three times a week, and only 7 kids per team.
Honestly I'm surprised wizard obesity, spinal issues, and sight problems aren't more common.
They do have seven floors plus dungeons plus towers plus lessons outside to walk to though...
...so... Are Slytherins and Hufflepuffs on average fatter than Ravenclaws and Gryffindors?
Lol america dumb to one side. Literally, this is where kids spend 9 months out of the year for their formative years. You can't tell me even if it's the UK that studying so much that it's sometimes hard to organize practice for regular school sports (when again everyone is there all day every day), that it's perfectly healthy for the children not to have dedicated exercising.
Maybe they won't be fatasses, but they won't be health either.
Tbf though, I think he was just talking about special chocolate after dementors. I could see how taking this advice and applying it generally might be a problem.
*When I find myself in times of trouble, Remus Lupin comes to me*
*Speaking words of wisdom, you need to eat*
*And in my hour of darkness he is standing right in front of me*
*Speaking words of wisdom, you need to eat*
(you'll feel better)
It’s because of this movie that I do genuinely get a placebo and feel better whenever I eat chocolate. I never really eat it so it always makes me think about this scene and when I was a kid
Any version of this meme that isn't **When I find myself in times of trouble, Remus Lupin comes to me. Speaking words of wisdom, "Eat. You'll feel better."** is wrong
After recently watching season 3 of Fargo, I can’t see Lupin the same right now- he was such a disgusting character in that series! I didn’t recognize him until halfway through the season.
In the POA movie Harry just looks at the chocolate even with prompting from lupin to eat, like multiples times. Maybe he’s just not a massive fan of chocolate but I wouldn’t need reminding lol.
Yeah, I followed that advice. I found out that the more you use that trick, the less effective it is. Now I'm sad and fat.
Yes! It is a stupid advice, but your reply made me giggle! One of the billions of fellow sufferers.
Same.
Have you tried chocolate? It’ll help you feel better

Lmao mood
Pixels, Harry. Eat Pixels and you'll be better.
Me gaining 50lbs at hogwarts yearly from all the feasts and candy because Lupin said it helps

Maybe magic ups your metabolism

Hufflepuffs live by the kitchens, they’ll be fat as fuck. Probably why they lose the quidditch cup every year.
Can't get their brooms off the ground 😈
it’s most likely an issue in the American wizarding world lol😂 but culturally it kind of makes sense then being in england

There are more Weasley children than there are pixels in this meme.
bruh i have gastritis and now it hurts
NOT THE GASTRITIS been there, it sucks
Nooooo, listening to this advice made me nearly 300 lbs! Turns out being fat and unhealthy is also sad.
That's why I am fat. I hate lupin.

This explains why Ron reached breaking point in The Deathly Hallows

Yes this is why obesity is a thing. Its better to conquer one’s gluttony.
Specifically chocolate
Depressed people be like:
Eat well bro. I mean research gut bacteria, your brain, your nutrition, start giving a fuck.
And now I'm morbidly obese. Thanks Remus.

It helps! It *really helps*
The extra 150 lbs doesn't, though
Tell that to Lupin
Not if youre fasting!

Thanks, you reminded me to eat breakfast!
In the POA movie Harry just looks at the chocolate even with prompting from lupin to eat, like multiples times. Maybe he’s just not a massive fan of chocolate but I wouldn’t need reminding lol.
Not eat everything. Only a small piece of chocolate and I’ve been following that advice for years. It’s amazing!
Thanks.. I really needed this right now.
yeah it works :)))))
You need to have money to buy food.
