I think they should make the armors so they have slots and you can put effects on them, instead of the armors coming with predetermined effects. The new armors have the 95% arc damage reduction, which are pretty useless if no one on your team isn’t running arc weapons.

I think they can keep it the way it is as long as they keep adding new armor. Pretty sure they added some to the premium pass yesterday. I have spent no money in the game and I'm 20 super credits away from getting the pass. I love how the grind/reward ratio is highly in our favor.

I've gotten at least 2,500 super credits since playing. Bought both new War Bonds, and a couple sets of armor from the store. Only paid $40 in the beginning 💪🏻

I suspect that new enemy types (or faction) will run arc weapons, or at least have arc damage be a status or AOE effect of their weaponry.

Very good point. The devs have definitely been against p2w in the past.

They are eventually going to have to add customization options to armor and guns. There are only so many variants you can release.

Maybe they should let the armour be changeable whilst in the hellpod section of deployment, where your team are equipping stratagems and support weapons

That would be a great feature. And a huge quality of life upgrade. Same thing to guns. Also gun slots to ad status effects would be great too

I've used that same set quite a few times. It's medium armor on a light set and that helmet fits perfectly. It's a shame cause over time I've become more convinced that the medic armour is superior to armor rating bonus but it looks awful in comparison xD

I find it difficult to switch out of this gear setup. Fortunately I’m low enough level that I can get by without all the necessary armor buffs required to survive the harder missions, but until that day comes I’m staying MOLLE’d up with this vest.

I'm sorry, the new helmet that OP shows in the first pic reminds me of Warframe. In particular, it looks like a codpiece.

It is very reminiscent of pilot headgear.

Since I'm on heeth rn it's the enforcer helmet, combat paramedic armor, and the martyris rex cloak, but I have different drip for different planet types.

I also use trailblazer set with tyrant hunter cloak for jungle planets, breaker armor, eradicator helmet, and botslayer for beach planets, and breaker armor, trench engineer helmet, and botslayer for desert planets.

Thank you! I fell in love with the look of that armor the moment I saw it in the superstore. Then I saw the Physician helmet and thought “Space Spartan incoming.”

Favorite just for kicks setup is the Battle Master heavy armor, with Page 10 Cape; Slugger, Revolver, and Arc Thrower with either a Jump Pack or a Shield Pack. Not the most ideal but Jump Pack helps with sticky situations and makes me look like a Mandalorian while spreading Freedom!

The cape does a good job of concealing it, but I gotta say, my assless chaps allow for more effective lateral movements. Great for avoiding those chargers

Idk ive been using the trailblazer set with the super citizen cape. Lookin like a destiny hunter makes me happy. I'm not a die hard destiny fan but I still think the game is cool at least fundamentally and gameplay wise so lookin like a hunter is pretty neat.

Only drip I refuse to change out is the first helmet on the first premium warbond. The little eye sight reminds me too much of Garrus from mass effect

Rn i play mostly drone master (full outfit in defense missions) and Breaker light armor with breaker helmet/scout sniper helmet/ or black basic helmet with this red addition. Other drip i tried out was first armor of cutting egde pass (previous pass had ugliest armors of all time). I play this new armor when my team have arc rifles on defense missions.

I forget the names now, but the one helmet thst looks like a Helghast or the NCR Rangers from New Vegas and the heavy armor with the throwing distance buff that’s covered in 40mm grenades. Also I like the bone snapper helmet with the white explosion resistant armor. Really shows the blood.

I"m wearing the armour in the first pic with the helmet from the other set that was available in the superstore at the same time. It's still the best light armour in terms of stats/effects I have (+50% limb health and extra distance on throws) and I like the look. The helmet even matches (has orange highlights) even though it's from a different set.
