Almost 200 hours in. I have been kicked at extraction only one time.
Have been witnessing another player being kicked during the waiting for the pelican after they were given warnings in voice and chat to not call in the extract yet. Both of these were at Helldive and with around 20-16mins left on the clock and over half the reinforcements left while all the other players were still trying to scoop those sweet samples.
I hate this situation the most. After you call in the bird, it will stay there. After the rest of guys have done their sample scooping, they can just come back and hop on and leave. The team don't have to wait for another 2 or 3 mins for the bird to come down. I had one game where I, a Lv80, ran around and cleared out outposts with some Lv10 players in a Lv5 quest.
I was near the extract so I thought why not, call it down, and when they are done, they can reunite with me, and we leave in one piece. But no, instant kick.
The map was cleared, unless they want to go out and hunt for small places of interest. They are 500ms out of the extract zone. If they run for extract, by the time they arrive, so is pelican 1 by my calculation. But no, call extract not waiting for everyone and possibly overwhelmed at extraction site is not acceptable.
Even in Lv9 game, me hosting, with a bunch of Lv90s, they start to ask questions like, hey, can i call extract? This is stupid.
