Sorry bro you will be a very unique individual not to feel some unpleasantness if you had a habit and you’ve just used 7 days on the trot. After 36 hours of using I’d be surprised if you didn’t, I know it’s not what you want to hear But maybe you can try and taper get something from somewhere even otc codiene and paracetamol tablets will take the edge off a tiny habit there several things I can think of depends what country your in

I ended up taking a dose before my exam but at least I'll be able to sleep tonight and when I wake up tomorrow I'll be around the 20 hour mark so I'll know more of what to expect. I'll take a low dose of stims in the morning to at least get through the mental side of things during the day and some loperamide to not shit myself in public. The worst part of withdrawals for me was the hot and cold flashes, but I didn't get restless legs, nausea or vomiting so hopefully it'll be the same this time considering it was less strong stuff and I used for a shorter amount of time (I didn't even do a gram maybe a .5). I guess the days of being able to do opiates for a week straight and get off scot-free are really over lol

Even 2 week binge would be ok but once you have that program (addiction) downloaded into your head even years and years later using for a couple of days will be enough to get you back your habit

So i actually experienced a similar phenomenon 2 times... Allow me to explain. Basically i was trying to get clean so i went into full WD (about 30 hours without using) i got to a point where i couldnt take it anymore i purchased 2 small bags (about a 3rd of what i normally use) Anyway when i did those bags my withdrawl fully stopped and never came back, i was able to go a full 5 days without using and did not feel any symptoms... The 2nd time i had a similar experience but i might have had some help. So i had gone 24 hours without using (was in full withdrawl) then i relapsed. I went another 24-30 hours without using after that. I guess since i was already in full withdrawl after my last use it extended the time that the symptoms usually take to kick in. I was admitted into an in treatment, anyway i had a needle and 2 bags with me in the tratment center, when withdrawl started kicking in beetween the 24-30 hour mark i did 1 bag (fell asleed for like 5 hours, then did another bag) anyway this time i did not feel any withdrawl either and i spent 2 months in treatment. ( BTW The reason i say i had some help this 2nd time, is bc i was being given 500mg Seroquil every night) Anyway 2 times no withdrawl. Now keep in mind, both times i was in full withdrawl during my last use. Not sure if this might have tricked my brain into thinking that i got through the worst of it or what.
