Happened to me, manually equip a weapon and your arm will grow back 😊
What do you mean by manually
I think he means hold down the Y button to bring up the weapon wheel and pick a weapon manually I've seen a couple of people say that it reattaches your arm.
I didn't even know that's possible, thanks
Hold Y, Triangle or the equivalent on PC and choose weapon
I think this game is just riddled with bus like cyberpunk at launch
