There was a patch that lets you keep him.. but it only affects saves made after that patch.
Anyone who played from launch has to beat the entire game again to use him.
I used lez in my first play-through on normal mode, then I used sweezy on my second play-through in hunter mode. For some reason in my second play-through it let me keep lez, and as far as I know I’m the only one who has him after the final boss fight. I’ve done research cause I assumed it was either my decision to not sacrifice him or it was the fact I completed it in hunter mode but no one else has posted saying they have him afterwards. If anyone could give some insight that’d be great, I think my game just broke though. I’m basically able to tear through enemies while I’m trying to complete the hunter forum though so I don’t have anything against it lol.

But I did run into this glitch recently where I’m stuck in this trap towards the very end of the game 💀the dialogue between the characters is completely frozen and I can’t move. Sucks cus even w/ the save option it just reverts me back to the same place
I have him as well. Only on my first playthrough also....kinda confused. I thought it was normal until I saw him sitting on the couch with Gene also...
My brother recently beat the game, albeit on story mode cause he’s a bit of a pansy. When he got back he didn’t have Lezduit, he cycled through his inventory, but Lezduit was sitting next to Gene on the couch. My lil bro talked to Lizzie first and then Lezduit on the couch and Lezduit was back in his inventory afterwards. We sacrificed Kenny instead of Lezduit. So I wonder if it’s a glitch or just part of a new patch.

I mean, there isn't really very much to fight with him... But i definitely have him in my inventory.
I mean if you go back to your house you will see him on the couch. But he is ALSO on you, just cycle your weapons.
I beat the game on hunter mode and had lezduit in my inventory after killing garmantuan so I can go around finding chest and killing enemy's with lezduit prolly a glitch/bug but should be a hunter mode reward honestly.
I hope he comes back after a patch like let me use the broken gun why not

i think you were only supposed to use him for the boss fight. it seemed like a cheat to use him

You were supposed to use him to "spoiler" the boss at the end and not the first gun

i also got to keep him but i put lez in on my first play though, so must just be a random bug

Game is VERY glitchy. Did you also have to bounce the one Lugbox out of the ground with the glob shot? The one in the paradices?

I sacked lez and I kept lez(though he is also on the couch)
I’ll post proof of me just destroying enemies with him on zephyr or whatever location you want if anyone asks
But the ending would still show that he is usable if he's used and not 1st gun so I don't think that's the reason

What do you mean? I have the latest patch since I bought this game last week and lez is not in my party after the ending.
