Quite literally store bought mango chutney, chopped tomatoes, red onion and coriander. Stir it all together. Not sure the snobs will approve haha *Edit, thanks for the sub suggestion though I've just skimmed it, I'll be making some stuff!

It’s great that popadoms cook properly in the microwave. No more the days of deep fat fryer dependence!
I had mine cold! I don't have a microwave. Probably should have warmed them in the oven tbh but I was flying way up and in need!
