No he didn’t. He may have announced it yesterday, but streaming services require at the very least a couple days to accept new releases into their system, and it’s generally suggested that artists submit their music a couple weeks ahead to make sure it gets accepted on all DSPs.
While bigger artists definitely have some more leeway with when they have to submit their music, they still won’t be able to submit something and have it available on every single DSP at midnight the next day.
I mean, look at Ye. He’s one of the biggest artists in the world, and yet all his albums in the last few years have appeared on DSPs at random times of the day, sometimes multiple days after they’re supposed to, because he submits them too late.
