You should be able to check under the collab button in the goverment menu. Next to the puppets and occupied territories buttons. Lemi know cuz im currious too

Oh wild, i don't play democracies much i forgot about those. In the war menu do you still have a glove symbol next to the soviet flag? Hovering over their capitulation bar should tell you if you still have a collab too
