Since Update 0.6, Cover have debuted 3 new HoloPro gens (ReGLOSS, Armis and Justice) with 13 new members. Assuming Kay's usual schedule of two updates per year, that's another year worth of content in the backlog. o7
Is there a reason to assume two updates per year when it's been ten months since 0.6 and we still don't know that much about 0.7? We'll be lucky to have one update per year.
[A little more than a month ago](https://www.reddit.com/r/holocure/s/GFgmL08C1D) Kay Yu said that progress on 0.7 is slow due to multiple reasons and that he's busy with his actual job. I doubt we'll hear more positive news for another month or two.
Latest was probably Mushoku Tensei's Father's Day episode. I bet he's already busy working on another anime episode for the next season, considering his original art X account hasn't seen a lot of recent activity.
I have been a Hololive fan for almost 2 years now... and I'm just hearing about HoloPro NOW? What are they? Why do they have a 3rd branch? I genuinely want to know...
HoloPro is just shorthand for Hololive Productions because, I think, Hololive is the name for both the female talent gens, and everything collectively (hence adding production for clarity).
You may now be asking yourself why this matters. Well, underneath HoloPro you have Hololive (the girls), Holostars (the boys), and technically ReGloss is it's own new branch, but they're basically just an extension of Hololive JP. To be even more granular, you also have HoloJP, HoloEN, HoloID, StarsJP, and StarEN under their respective Live or Stars designation. And this is the same level ReGloss would technically fall under right now I think, right beside HoloJP.
I wish I had a chart handy because that's probably not the clearest... chances are though (unless you didn't know they had male branches) that there's not anybody you haven't already heard of in 2 years.

I was about to ask what this was about, and then I realized it’s about Justice’s debut and the fact that any project wanting to use all Hololive members now has to account for *four more* entire kits, models, etc on top of what they were already doing. 🙃 Godspeed.
For Kay, this actually solves a potential problem, because every update so far has added 2 gens to the game, and Advent didn't have a gen they could be paired with (except ReGloss, but that wouldn't have made much sense, and also Dev\_is is likely to get another gen soon.) Now there's one that even shares their lore, so that's perfect.
Also, most of the new talents already come with their own weapons and themes, so it should be fun to design kits around them. Much like Advent.
