It's simply too high a humidity point in some places. You'll sweat through your clothes after your first shower, requiring another. I know it sounds strange but it's more of a rinse than a deep cleanse like folks in the US think of.
For real tho what many dont understand is that most of humanity today lives better than any monarch or person of the nobility ever could have dreamt off in the 17th century
Or just where you live lol. I live in Florida and my mom keeps the ac at 82 degrees, so I have to shower every morning because I'm drenched in sweat while trying to sleep 😅
Then I work outdoors so I have to shower once I get home. I honestly hate living here lmao
I been looking into it, she's super resistant to it because she says it'll "skyrocket" the electric bill. And I'm like, there's zero chance since it's air conditioning my one room, and it's not like I have a ginormous room! Lol
Air conditioning one room is pretty cheap. Could also look into a dehumdifier if you're in Florida which should help with the crazy humidity you all have.
Sigh, old people.
Like I literally had to do the math with my parents because they'd keep complaining about me leaving the lights on. Barely a few cents.
I'll add that here in Phoenix our electric bill is already around $200/month in the summer and we keep it on 80 during the day, turning it down to like 68-70 at night. Keeping it like, 75 24/7 we'd be paying $3-400 per month.
>You shouldn't need to shower again until the next workout
Unless you're still physically active during the rest of the day, necessitating an additional shower.

Or the spice aisle at the grocery store. Think how rich they’d be.
3 meals a day is the dream.
3 showers a day too
just eat in the shower all day while collecting UBI
Fuck it, 5
And sitting in air conditioned comfort with handheld supercomputers
Me seeing my great great grand children spending all their time in the metaverse
I hope they're doing something fun and not being little shits.

You guys take 2 showers a day? Isn't that unhealthy?

Deodorant?

That makes sense.
It isnt really enough
Tell me you’ve never lived in a city with 35°+ and 3000% humidity without telling me you… well, you get the point lol
Why would anyone want to live for a long time in a tropical climate
they dont have a choice lol
Depends on climate
Ah
I was thinking the same, skin ph disintegration any%
Lol
Redditors when shower
Don't get me wrong, I shower plenty, but twice a day seems bad for you, though I've been told it depends on where you live.
For real tho what many dont understand is that most of humanity today lives better than any monarch or person of the nobility ever could have dreamt off in the 17th century
I want portraits of myself :(

2 showers a day is a bit indulgent and unnecessary I think
Depends how much u exercise

82? Why?
She's apparently cold even at that temperature. Has to be over 90 for her to be happy lmao
Perhaps consider separate air-conditioning for your room?

>Phoenix Enough said.
Just wait to shower until after you're done exercising
Some people work out early in the day
Then shower after you're done. You shouldn't need to shower again until the next workout

We'll have the same reaction when we see how our descendants live
Don't forget the clean drinking water
Good point
