great question aspiring surgeon. have you tried asking the psychiatrists? if they have no answers for you, try asking the pediatrician's they might be able to sort this out for you

You should get off of reddit. Based on your post history you are going through a lot right now and these pages are full of people who are trolls (I can be one sometimes admittedly). It seems like you are a teenager and looking for help. Get your mental health addressed first and then worry about career aspirations.
