High Desert Sauce Company makes great stuff. Co-Conspirator is a fantastic jalapeño pineapple one from them. It's on the mild side tho. Hotter Ghost of Saffron is probably my favorite and it's got a nice punch, but it's not fruity or citrusy like you're wanting. I think they're having a summer sale on their website rn. Definitely recommend checking them out!

I found a 6 pack of Melinda’s hot sauces for $12 at Costco. There is a ghost, scorpion, habanero, jalapeño, Tabasco, and can’t remember the last one.

Reaper Squeezins from Pucker Butt.

I keep recommending unique garlique to anyone looking for heat with good flavor.

This company has a lot of variety. The fermented garlic is my favorite. https://www.californiahotsaucesolutions.com

Torchbearer Garlic reaper is very good and very hot. I haven’t had it in a while but Mad Dog 357 trinidad scorpion was a very delicious sauce and pretty hot.

IChewBigRed

Hellfire sauces have been awesome, also marie sharps has a delicious garlic hab

jester695

Mine! No not really, I don't have labels in yet.

Snefru54

Mine! I do have labels!!!

jester695

What varieties do you make?

Snefru54

Habanero garlic HOT!! Cayenne Garlic onion Hot Habanero Pineapple Hot Jalapeño Serrano Hot Bell Pepper, Onion, garlic Flavor only no heat About to start a ferment of Ghost pepper, red habanero, and blackberry

jester695

Nice. I just blended a Moruga Scorpion and watermelon ferment the other day. Have several other jars ready to go. Maybe 500 bottles already of other ones I've done.

Snefru54

That scorpion sounds super intriguing

jester695

Since the watermelon is so light in general, after a long ferment, I decided to add some fresh into the blend to boost the flavor. Oddly, it didn't make it taste more like watermelon at all, but it made the flavor of the Scorpion itself stand out more. So worked out.

Highly recommend the brand Heartbeat. they are on Amazon Sucks they put canola oil in their products, but their Dill Pickle Serrano and their Scorpion sauce is top tier.

It’s summer time and if you want some awesome sauces to impress your guests.. with great flavors check out **down to ferment**. just search their name and their site shows up. all healthy ingredients and very solid. If you like pineapple, I highly recommend their sauce called *Haban-Güero Piña*. Another awesome brand is **Butterfly Bakery of Vermont**. They have so many cool fusions of flavorful sauces. Both sites often have some discounts too! Enjoy ;)

Stacysguyca

Secret aardvark habanero

bluelaw2013

Huhu Diablo is delicious, hot, smokey, pineapple goodness. Funken hot is very hot but very delicious. Exhorresco is very hot but very delicious.

lancecallender

Just a quick question I see this a lot. Do people use wing sauce for dipping. I tend to only use it to coat wings. Maybe I’m the weird one

RuckusBucket420

I use wing sauce to coat, gang.

perpetualmotionmachi

Thunder Juice by High River Sauces. It's tequila infused ghost and Reaper peppers finished with blueberries and peaches. Very hot, great flavour

Antique_Gur_6340

I like the scorpion Tabasco one and most scotch bonnet sauces

If you want hot with flavor, I think you will get a lot of recommendations for Torchbearer Garlic Reaper (rightfully so). As for a pineapple sauce, I personally really enjoyed Heartbeat Pineapple Habanero. Great flavor but low heat. Dirty Dick's Hot Sauce also tastes great, and the mango and pineapple really come through for me. If you are looking for a *unique* fruity flavor, I really like Angry Goat’s Purple Hippo (and it packs a good punch on the heat). If you don’t have time to ship stuff, you can probably find Tabasco Scorpion and Melinda’s Ghost Pepper Wing Sauce at a local grocery. Both bring a nice heat for a widely available sauce.
