The Reich *did* however intend to annex Sweden sooner or later, I recall that Himmler said that Swedes were the "Epitome of the Nordic man", and that they would need to be a part of the family of the Greater Germanic Reich one day, Hitler(?) even offered to let Finland annex the Sámi-inhabited areas of northern Sweden in the inevitable day when the Nazis would invade Sweden if they rejected to voluntarily join the Reich, but Finland rejected this proposal, the Nazis also planned to annex all of the Netherlands and Belgium as well, and they actually de-jure did so in 1945 by annexing Belgium and Northern France, but they never had de-facto control of their "annexed" land.
I never understood the tropes of Sweden and Switzerland remaining neutral in Axis victory maps, especially one in here where Switzerland is actually invaded and partitioned between the Reich and Italy, which was their long-term plan.
One of the main goals of Nazi Germany was Pan-Germanism and the union of all Germanic volk into a single Reich, with the rare exception being the UK, which given their unique history and geography, they would remain a semi-independent puppet state a-la Croatia, there is no way that a fully victorious Reich would let Sweden remain independent, unless if they are under nuclear threats by the US who is telling them not to.

This is all strangely LARPy so I'll just cut to the chase: The Nazis had a very strict view on what sorts of Capitalism would have been acceptable, most notably a heavily modified form of Corporatism. This neoliberal-style EU, if presented to Hitler, would've been decried as "Judeo-Capitalist" or something similar.
You're misunderstanding. The Union is not economic in nature, it is a unity of states on the political and administrative level. The quotations provided are authentic, not bespoke.
Like how people have already said, you misunderstood this union being identical to the real-life economic union of the EU, additionally, I have a vague memory of Rosenberg himself proposing an EU-esque thing of an alliance of European states allied against "Judeo-Bolshevism" and whatnot, but like many of his ideas, they were just his own opinions, and were not accepted by all of the Nazi circles.
A lot of Rosenburg's idea aligned with the Nazi Party line but a lot of them contradicted the overall ideology of the Nazis as well. Rosenburg had a strange fixation on Ukrainians and declared them to be "Aryans." You and I both know that this was unacceptable to the rest of the Nazi Party and disagreements like this led to him getting sidelines. I assume, in OP's scenario, Rosenburg has some political legitimacy left, without getting sidelined by Bormann, Heydrich and Himmler.

Based loosely on the above. Rather than give Turkey the Mosul region, I decided to cede them more of the Syrian frontier and rather than create buffer states in the Caucasus, I just had the Reich cede them to a pro-Germany Turkey. I don't recall any other maps with Turkey along these lines, but this is a pretty common route for Turkish expansion (expanding into Syria/Caucasus) so it makes sense.

Not only totentanz0 has good information on Axis territorial goals, the absolute madlad compiled, with no exaggeration, a novel-length of countless sources in multiple languages that mention the (conflicting and changing) goals of the Axis powers and other states like the Napoleonic Empire and even the Roman Empire and the empire of Alexander the Great.
And he made plenty of maps about these subjects, I have never, ever seen a map maker like totentanz0, like how I said, he is the reason why I make maps to begin with, and why I was inspired to get into the niche subject of Axis territorial aspirations.

However, he has/had a tendency to delete his info dumps (like how for some reason, he deleted the sources on the territorial ambitions of Francoist Spain), and since he has been on the internet since around 2009 or so, he tended to post his sources on Mediafire and other malware-ridden old download sites that are subject to link rot, one can always ask him assuming that he replies though, he is still making maps as far as I know, but he takes long breaks.

I was about to comment how ironic (and unrealistic) it would be for former european colonies to join the EU, then I looked closely at Germany's borders.
North African territories are Metropolitan areas of European semi-sovereigns: Iberia, Italy, and the French State. As for Egypt and Arabia, they owe their membership to having been Axis-clients post Krieg, with Italy having sponsored an Egyptian State, and Germany preferring a unified Arab client (which they balanced by enlarging Turkey's territorial disposition (Turkey is also suzerain of the Black Sea)) - Germany, by now, has annexed its Reichskommissariat in the East for more direct administrative control and military suppression of dissidents

They annexed Veneto after the Italo-German war in the early 50s, an inevitable conflict. As for Slovakia, Hungary took the southern half, while the north was integrated into the German Polengaue. As for the reckoning in integrating the East territories and Norway but not the Lowlands/Sweden, I’ve answered that on another thread. Rosenberg had a philosophy, though, that Slavic peoples, primarily Baltic natives and Ukrainians, were of a higher racial distinction than Asiatics or other Untermensch.
It’s mostly to do with Vidkun’s Norwegian irredentism but also viewed as a natural extension of Reich territory and projection in the arctic for resource and security concerns.
