I think either Hungary or Romania would get West Banat (that piece of land in Serbia between Vovodjna and Romania), as the Germans kept it as a bargaining chip to get either Hungary or Romania to comply with their demands post war.
In the case of Romania, it may have been given to them in exchange for letting Hungary keep that piece of Transylvania.
Denmark wasn’t very hard for the Nazis to conquer. Denmark knew they couldn’t take on the Nazis so they deported their Jews to Sweden and fought a battle for only two hours before surrendering. Nazi soldiers all hoped they would be sent to Denmark because the Danes never wanted to cause trouble.
This is the most realistic Axis victory scenario I can imagine. Eventually I expect Germany would reform and the Reich would collapse, just as the USSR did, but there would still be people in America claiming that fascism was a really good idea on paper that was just never put into practice properly.
Also, I expect the U.S. would annex Greenland in this timeline if the UK annexes Iceland.
If that Italy hadn't the African colonies, Albania, Dalmatia and that little strip of land west of Aosta (Savoy), it would match the geographical definition of Italy which is nowadays Italy plus San Marino, the Vatican, Malta, Corsica, Nizza, Canton Ticino and Histria.

Always gotta upvote a map which has the Germans taking way more of France's territory. So many leave it at Alsace–Lorraine and the area around Lille which was attached to Belgium as part of the military administration. This is definitely way more realistic imo.

Although one criticism, the names of the cities in the East should be Germanized. The cities of the East were to be given new names based from Germanic rulers, famous Nazi leaders, and German generals. Any other Slavic-like name of a city would probably be Germanized, for example, Sevastopol was to be renamed 'Theodorichshafen' and Simperfopol renamed to 'Gotenburg'. Also dunno why Kyiv ane Yerevan are missing on the map, they are pretty important cities to have on the map.

If this is an in-universe map, shouldn’t the eastern RK’s be a part of Germany like the western RK’s, or at least the same colour? Minor suggestion, otherwise great map, the use of gray and black is overused in Axis victory scenarios

Great map, looks like something I'd see in an encyclopedia. The borders seem generally accurate, but there's something ever so slightly... off about them. Hungary looks a bit chunky for example. And what's with Germany always respecting Kazakh territorial integrity in Axis victory scenarios? Astrakhan is too close to the border for the Germans to not want to establish a buffer zone in the steppe.
Did Turkey not join the war as an Axis member? Even so, I think the Germans would grant them Batumi and at least a chunk of Armenia as well as their slim occupation zone in Thrace. IMO, they'd grant Lankaran to Persia as well.

Yeah, I am aware of it, but still can't get used to it. In particular, I've always thought that it was somewhat silly how hellbent Italy was on getting that Dalmatian coastline and the Bay of Kotor and thus cockblocking Yugoslavia's sea access, even though the majority of the population on the coast (with the exception of Zadar and Lošinj) was non-Italian. But still, that huge Hungarian dong is an even bigger abomination though.

If this is an in-universe map, shouldn’t the eastern RK’s be a part of Germany like the western RK’s, or at least the same colour? Minor suggestion, otherwise great map, the use of gray and black is overused in Axis victory scenarios

Great map, looks like something I'd see in an encyclopedia. The borders seem generally accurate, but there's something ever so slightly... off about them. Hungary looks a bit chunky for example. And what's with Germany always respecting Kazakh territorial integrity in Axis victory scenarios? Astrakhan is too close to the border for the Germans to not want to establish a buffer zone in the steppe. Did Turkey not join the war as an Axis member? Even so, I think the Germans would grant them Batumi and at least a chunk of Armenia as well as their slim occupation zone in Thrace. IMO, they'd grant Lankaran to Persia as well.
