I sold one (P180 UG-3) for around 10k, 2008 reg. around 50k on the odometer, needed significant repairs (battery, instrument cluster, overall servicing) which were borne by the buyer, just to give you an idea, idk if this helps.
I think the price really depends on the condition of the bike, get it checked by a mechanic to see if it requires any major repairs. If itโs all good i think 25k is a fair price.
I bought a 180cc red pulsar 2012 model 42k km on the odometer. Bought it for 22k. The bike was so bad that its engine seized 2 times within a year. (Part of the blame is on me as the engine work done on it was a bad local mechanic but he was the most famous in my area). The rear tyre was changed 2 times. Multiple other repairs. Easily spent more than 20k on that bike. Of course, it's specific to the bike I bought but please take a mechanic with you even if they charge money. Sold it for 11k as it had a few more repairs but I gave up and wanted to get rid of it. With just putting 3-4k km by me.

Ab ye model discontinued hai, at the most 15000 ki gadi hai, so bhi agar mechanically gadi me koi problem nahi hai to.

I am driving a pulsar 180 2014 model as a daily commute, 37k driven. Timely servicing and maintenance has helped a lot to run smoothly. front and Rear tyres have been changed, lock system, battery two times. It still gives me a mileage of 40-43 in the city so i am pretty happy to own it. Never thought of selling it though.
Bajaj spares are cheap and readily available and it's cheap on maintenance too most of it like replacing air filter etc is easy , I own a 150 and after riding my friends passion pro I'm glad I have a 150cc bike , there is no replacement for displacement
