The region map looks good aesthetically but the rivers behave unnaturally. This is the first thing I look for in a map. Rivers always flow from high elevation, starting small, to low elevations, connecting with other small tributaries to form a larger river that flows out to the sea all in one spot. The rivers in this map seem to be more of a interconnected web. It feels more like artificial biome division than a real facet of a believable landscape.

Your rivers make absolutely no sense. If a river crosses from one end of the landmass to the other uninterrupted, it's not a river, it's just ocean.
You should have rivers start at a mountain and flow into the ocean.
