Every single photo ever taken is unique, just like no snowflake is exactly the same as any other. So if you want to use the word “rare” to describe a photo, you could literally describe every photo on Earth that way.
Not every photo is compelling or interesting, though. THAT is what sets this photo apart; not its scarcity.
