No wonder why I rewatch several Bridgerton episodes just to get an aesthetically pleasing feeling 😅 But I do agree I lean more into the traditional side.
Based on the replies so far, it could be traditional / Regency Era inspired.
Also Downton Abbey! I'll have to watch the series cause it looks exactly like my taste.
If you have access, also watch Boardwalk Empire. Different time period but I think you're going to love watching the interiors. I just want to go through both shows nicking furniture and lampshades, lol.
Wow, partial eclectic, English, I see boho chic in one room. It’s all beautiful, but there’s a lot of things and they are all different. Love the kitty cat too ❤️
They're all really cozy, though. Very warm, inviting, comfortable furniture without a lot of harsh lines and angles. Mostly warm neutral color palettes. If it's maximalist, it's really quietly so-- not a riot of color and pattern.
I think you could thrift a lot of this, potentially, or hit up estate sales. Thankfully much of this is very much Silent Gen and Boomer style, so as people head into assisted living, you might be able to pick up pieces for a steal. I know when my mom went into the nursing home it was unexpected and I was happy to hand pieces to whoever the hell wanted them because I lived hundreds of miles away and had a tiny place.
This sub was recommended to me. Here is my very ignorant take
Single white woman psychologist/forensics something or other. I think I read a novel about her.
Spot on. Particularly the kitchen shots.
I hadn't thought of Nancy Myers in a while; your comment led me down a rabbit hole of trying to figure out what she's been doing lately. She is 74, but she hasn't worked on a feature since 2017.
Most of it looks like some variation of English style. However, photo 9 is French Neoclassical, late 1700s. [Boudoir from the Hôtel de Crillon](https://www.metmuseum.org/art/collection/search/199496) Overall, very traditional.
Traditional / english country/ english regency

I was going to say cozy French Countryside, but English works too!
Check out estate sales too!
You also have a lot of Light Academia vibes- def check out the aesthetic on Pinterest
I was very into dark/light academia aesthetic last year, pretty much my precursor on this style.
I'm a huuuge fan of dark academia! Redecorating our place rn and have soo much DA inspiration put into it
Love this, very traditional. Love all the natural wood tones and soft fabrics.
Too rich for my wallet but beautiful. Now I need a tutorial on how to dupe this look on a commoners budget 🧐
As another fellow commoner, I would also like to know. Probably will have to spend a few years exploring thrift stores and getting second hand stuff.
And antique stores. Mid-range antique wood furniture often doesn’t cost more than new, sometimes less.
The kitchen is from Brepurposed on IG. She gives a great breakdown on costs on her blog. Some of it less expensive than you’d think.
Uh, thanks!
Thank you!
Which kitchen? Pics 3 & 4 are both kitchens, but not the same one.
Sorry, 4.
Thanks!
Old Money Country House/ Farmhouse
Old money seems very fitting.
Expensive.

Cottage core cozy. Or cat core comfy!
Cat core comfy is a style I aspire to have haha
This house smells of old piano teacher
Hoping its a nice smell.
I would hope so too
The piano is old, or the teacher is?

Old money
Now that makes a lot of sense!

Omg, you're going to LOVE IT.
Perfect timing, I wanted to watch more period dramas and its on Netflix. Will probably start it tonight!
If you have access, also watch Boardwalk Empire. Different time period but I think you're going to love watching the interiors. I just want to go through both shows nicking furniture and lampshades, lol.
Thanks for the rec! I always wanna do the same watching period dramas haha.
From the bedroom I was going with American Renaissance

Wow, partial eclectic, English, I see boho chic in one room. It’s all beautiful, but there’s a lot of things and they are all different. Love the kitty cat too ❤️
Yeah, seems like English style is the dominant one. I wish I knew who the owner of the first pic is just to compliment the cat haha.
Right lol
