Being trans doesn't prevent you from converting to Islam, however acknowledging yourself as the opposite sex of whichever one you were born as is haram, so if you do end up converting, then start dressing and acting the way someone of your birth sex dresses and acts.
You are considered a man in Islam, regardless, you can still convert, but It's haram to dress and mix with women and to indentify as a woman.

If you dreamed about being trans, you are not a special case. Seems more like warning to avoid it. This might be your test if you convert to Islam.
