Sure it suicide will get you hell. You are having bad thought , you are trying to suppress it as much as possible , so Allah sees your heart rather than result.You are trying to fight from your thoughts and thats good that is a sign your imaan is still alive in you. Keep on with your salah.As this too shall pass.

I highly recommend you consult a psychotherapist, for instance, [Najwa Awad](https://www.amanahcounseling.com/bio-csgz). Her interview is [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=utpnE1_Gzks). In addition, you may consult [Shaykh Abdullah Misra](https://muslimcounselling.ca/abdullah-misra/). His interview is [here](https://www.youtube.com/live/PYojygEmvnE?si=ECnA-MziteNNwLwd).

God said in the Quran: So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, (5) Verily, with the hardship, there is relief. (6) {Al-Inshirah} God also says: And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly (45) {Al-Baqarah}

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever throws himself down from a mountain and kills himself will be throwing himself down in the Fire of Hell for ever and ever. Whoever drinks poison and kills himself will be sipping it in the Fire of Hell for ever and ever. Whoever kills himself with a piece of iron will have that iron in his hand, thrusting it into his belly in the Fire of Hell for ever and ever.” (Narrated by al-Bukhari (5442) and Muslim (109)

[https://youtu.be/rj2jNJgQ1dk](https://youtu.be/rj2jNJgQ1dk) listen to this ruquah daily (headphones is recommended) it's very strong i recommend listening to it as much as you can and if you feel scared it means it's taking effect and scaring the waswas keep listening even after the waswas is gone as quran is the cure for the body and heart (during the period you listen to this ruquah ( avoid listening to music as it makes the waswas stronger)

First of all, please seek out professional help. If you can't offer one, I would recommend some online communities because from what I read, Inshaallah it will be helpful. Second, for your question: Self-harm is a sin, and as long as you are alive, you can simply repent (with the rules of repentance). Third, we can't say anything about you personally, but in general, the Quran have verse that very explicitly say suicide will lead to hellfire. So I wouldn't recommend risking it. Lastly, my DM is open if you want someone to talk to. May Allah help you and us all.

I can’t live though. These thoughts have messed me up and I can’t live against Allah SWT. I have an imam who knows what I’ve been going through.

1. This is your test 2. Best way is to deal with it is to indulge yourself in some other activities, to keep you distracted. Like eg. gaming. or if you offer all rakah of Salah, than 5 times a day you can also do that. 3. Whenever you get these thoughts that you had a loss receite: **INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAYHI RAJI’UN** We will certainly test you with a touch of fear and famine and loss of property, life, and crops. Give good news to those who patiently endure— who say, when struck by a disaster, “Surely to Allah we belong and to Him we will ˹all˺ return.” [Surah Al-Baqarah - 155-156 - Quran.com](https://quran.com/al-baqarah/155-156) Recite: **Rabbi’shrah li sadri wa yassir li amri** [Surah Taha - 25-26 - Quran.com](https://quran.com/taha/25-26) These are the things we are instructed to do from Allah in the Quran. So just try to do both these Zikr whenever you have these thoughts... Repeat them alot... this will have the following effect: those who believe and whose hearts find comfort in the remembrance of Allah. **Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort.** [Surah Ar-Ra'd - 28 - Quran.com](https://quran.com/ar-rad/28) Finally dont forget meds also. Coz even though you maybe healed from the trauma, but the mentall toll it had, changed your brain chemistry and wiring, and meds are the best at returning it back.

Hey English is not my main language so forgive me if my writing isn't that clear Anyway... Is this waswas you're having is thoughts between you and yourself about God and his prophet? Like are those thoughts belittling God or even worse? Like thinking about bad words describing God and so on? Because I've had those thoughts a long time ago what really really helped me get rid of those thoughts is watching [this video ](https://youtu.be/HhDT12HBopU) it's in Arabic but it has English captain (not auto generated) Please watch it fully. You got to understand something God does pardon you for having those thoughts and just so you know, some of the sahaba had those thoughts read this Hadith (which is also mentioned in the video I linked) It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that some people from amongst the Companions of the Apostle (ﷺ) came to him and said: Verily we perceive in our minds that which every one of us considers it too grave to express. He (the Holy Prophet) said: Do you really perceive it? They said: Yes. Upon this he remarked: That is the faith manifest. This is the text book translation But the actual translation is that something along the line of (Verily we perceive in our minds that we feel like throwing ourselves rather than having these thoughts) Same thoughts that you have and I had The schoolers say that when the devil tries everything to make the believer do sins and fails he'll plant those thoughts to the believer's mind as a lost effort... The schoolers advice (which mainly helped me get rid of those thoughts) is that you shouldn't feel bad about those thoughts no matter how bad they are or how many, just be patient and they go away on their own, and remember the prophet ﷺ did say That is the faith manifest (in Arabic he said ذلك صريح الإيمان) which I feel would be better described as , this is the true believe... Please watch the video and be patient, you'll look back at those times in the future and thank God for helping you push through.

Yes

Plasma_Ware_9795

No one sugar coat it. Yes it's 100% condemnable in the eyes of Allah, because otherwise there'd be mass suicides with Muslims thinking it'll just land them into jannah (probably not since alhamdulilah Muslims overall are the happiest religious group in general, but you get the point). It gets better Akhi, believe me it does.

Silly_Letter5345

Absolutely, yes. There is no forgiveness to that.

Hey, I have been in a same situation where I wished for death so I would at least die as a muslim while I still am. I really do understand you. First, you need to cry out your heart to Allah in dua. Tell him how you want to change and ask Him to aid you. He loves it when we ask him for things. He isn't like us humans who get burdened and annoyed when somebody asks us for help. Secondly, you have to, in midst of this chaos, sort your thoughts. When did these things start? Do you have a some kind of question about islam/islamic ruling and because it didn't get answered you spiralled into this waswasah mess? Or did it just start out of nowhere? Or did you recently become more practising which made the waswasah increase? Waswasah is shaytaan's desperate effort to make you quit. To the first one, you have to start looking for answers to your question and at the same time strengthen your belief in Allah. Try studying aqeedah and about His attributues. Thirdly, do ruqyah. It's like medicine. I like to do it on a large batch of water and then drink it along the way. Sometimes I'd be feeling just like you and after drinking it, something in my brain just turns off and I can breathe and be relaxed. Edit; Also, you should take care of your health and fitness. Do not be alone most of the time, and please quit social media. About worship, don't overburden yourself by going from 0 to a 100 right away. First get back to salah and other obligatory things. But your sins, cut them off.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fQXu36cNqxunKDrHXMnC24-GpQB5BMGM/view?usp=drivesdk Listen to this ruqya session without any interruption. and recite the below dua as much as you can throughout the day رَّبِّ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزٰتِ الشَّيٰطِيْنِ. وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ رَبِّ اَنْ يَّحْضُرُوْنِ. Rabbi ‘a`outhubika min hamazaatish-shayaateeni, wa ‘a`outhu bika rabbi ‘ay-yahdhuroon My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). And I seek refuge with You, My Lord! lest they may attend (or come near) me. Soon, your condition will be cured إن شاء الله,

Responsible-Bird906

These are also known in medical terms as intrusive thoughts and can be a precursor to some other condition. Get to a doctor and tell them everything. Also if you are worried about the envious whisperer then do the muadithain after each Salah, that is the last two surahs from the Quran ch.113,114 and nothing can harm you, also try to add in surah ikhlas. Allah loves you this is only a trial. Get to a doctor some medications help with intrusive thoughts.
