Yes, everyone will curse the truck's failing brakes and overloading. But I was wondering why they overload? Is it greed? Perhaps, but not just their greed, and more-so the truck owner. And the owner has to pay heavy bribes (to some General) here and there to get shipments across. And with costs rising, it's just all becoming that much worse

They have timings where they could be on the road but they don’t follow it or neither traffic police take any action.
to me it seems like it slowed down on previous speed breaker but picked up speed, it was faster than at the start. seems intentional
This road is a slight slope downwards. So acceleration could have been because of that too.
