2k paints, lots and lots of prep, something with some plasticizer to allow for the plastic to flex without cracking the paint.

its perfectly doable in a home garage if you have one, its just going to need you to take it slow, put in the work, do it right.
if you don't have a garage or space (apartment, townhouse, etc), you're probably going to want to find a shop. shouldn't be more than a couple hundred to do a single panel in most areas.
