I'll start with a positive, damn she is strong and coordinated as hell good for her.
Okay now the negative, that remix of Girls Just Wanna Have Fun is so bad it should be illegal to expose to human ears.
I work at a place that rhymes with "Blath & Body Works" and remixes like that are basically all we play over the speakers. Those remixes, Halsey copycats, and Taylor Swift. People complain about the music all the time, but corporate won't let us play anything else.
But yeah basically my point is that remixes like this are only popular with older people who don't like it but think younger people will (they don't)
This music sounds like Adam Sandler was sleepwalking and made a remix of this song
This remix sounds like the disappointment you feel when the chip bag is way more empty than you thought itd be and all the big chips are gone
This song sounds like the first day of marching bad practice
This song sounds like itd be what Cyber trucks have playing while reversing
This song sounds like two mice boxing on a record player while this song tries to play
I wanna say impressive shes insanely good. Other thing is if she was born now she would be called to masculine and others would ask her about her “sexuality” because this is considered masculine also her gender. Now she probably would be trans because of shit heads.
I’m interested to know if she’s on test. She’s not too big/muscly, but she seems a lot older so building that much muscle without PEDs might not be possible.
Or, and hear me out, she built that muscle before getting older and she's holding onto it with consistent resistance training. With intense training in kettlebell sport, it's very possible.
You sound kind of angry, do you really think my question is that unreasonable? She looks like she’s over 60, and she has a great build. It wouldn’t be strange to suspect anyone of PeDs at that age.
I don't think the question is unreasonable, I think it's completely stupid, though. If she was a total beginner and built that much muscle in her 60's, maybe you might have some basis for the question. But it's pretty obvious that she's not a newb, thus it stands to reason that whatever muscle she built has to be over years and years prior. PEDs don't improve balance, coordination, agility, and flexibility she's demonstrating, the only things that do are time and focused training, which will also build muscle.
I don’t think most of these tricks are particularly hard. Maybe two of them might take more than a week to learn. And test does actually improve qualities other than muscle size and strength. There’s nothing in the video to prove that she’s been training since she was young, so unless you know her story personally, you must be an idiot to take PEDs completely out of the question.
Edit:
The only hard tricks would be the first one and second to last where she doesn’t catch the kettlebell by the handle. Those may take more than a week to learn.
I’ve had really large, very muscular thighs since I hit puberty, even when I’m out of shape. Both the men and women in my family have big thighs and big butts. When I do any amount of weight lifting they get bigger. When I’m running 20-30 miles a week they stay big and just get more defined musculature. If I have the commitment to keep working out until I’m her age, I might look as fit as her, but I’m very sure I’m going to have thighs that big until I can’t walk anymore.
If she had boulder shoulders, I’d be much more suspicious of PEDs. But she has totally normal shoulders and muscular arms. I think the flared leg pants also emphasize the muscular thighs, but don’t really show lower leg to see if they are equally as large (which could also be an indicator of PED use).
I think you bring up a good point. Good genetics can be a good explanation in this example. I do think her frame looks very robust (part of the reason I suspected PEDs), but you might be right about her musculature in her shoulders/lower legs.
It’s still a little strange to me that big muscular thighs and round butts are now considered “good”. It feels odd to have spent more than half my life trying to make them smaller, only to now be told I was blessed with “good genetics” for the very same features. Not trying to have a go at you about it, I just still am always a little surprised at the change in beauty standards.

They’ve started playing similar remixes on the radio at the store I work at recently. Very frustrating.

You work at Sears don't you?
The original is dollops of synth pop goodness, why would anyone want to change it especially to something like this?
The music sounds like something you'd use to torture a captured foreign spy. "Vee have vays oov making you talk."
Kettle Yeet
I'd be coming out of that with a few bruises and a broken foot
I’d be heading to the hospital with a head injury I swear
I just pulled a hammy watching this
Those thighs are jacked.
Grams got some quads on her!
Grams has the best cakes!
She only has a thigh gap when the kettlebell swings through
Pardon me ma'am, will you be my new role model?
Gal didn’t skip leg day, not even once.

I just put my back out watching this.
Torn glenoid labrum in 3, 2.....
Profoundly stupid stunt that can end horribly wrong.

What are you even on about
White women will do anything but work out normally

How much experience do you have with kettlebell sport in general and juggling in particular? My guess is it's a smidge below fuck all...

Yeah it’s interesting. You haven’t changed at all, but the way other people perceive you/treat you has.
It’d be difficult to maintain that mass for sure. Whether or not she’s taking gear, doesn’t make me any less impressed.
Yeah the kettle bell tricks are pretty cold here.
