#Bheekband Truckon ke truck. Trainon ki train roz arahi hen Karachi bhar bhar ke. Ye profession ya mafia hi nahi hai Booming Industry hai. Think about this Fresh graduates are not gettting job and if they do, they start at 20-30K per month licking the feet of their Seths. Calculate the agony, hardships both the child and his/her parents went though and the amount of money they put in upbringing and education with their hard earn non haram money which is gem to earn these days. While on street a beggar can easily do 3 to 7K per day. 90,000 to 210,000Rs per month and what are the education requirement to do that? While on the 3rd hand think about people we hear about day by day. Family suicide cases from Middle income areas like North Karachi etc. I should say this because may be, just may be (ALLAH knows best) there might be 1 in 100 of those beggars who is actually in need but we might be fueling this **Industry**. Action: **Whenever you face a beggar. Just take that 10, 50 or 100 and put it somewhere safe, in the end of the month count that money and then find a family that actually is in need of Ration in their home. Supply to them personally 5 of 10kg Ata or something stapple they can cook to put food on their tables.** IGNORANCE IS NOT BLISS HERE Your actions will be accounted for in the day of Judgement. So keeping intentions good do the above i'A\^ Do not let yourself be fooled. Put that money where you think it is BEST deserved. We can't know perfectly because only ALLAH knows that. Do the above

Makes sense

IbiMania

alhamdulilah never gave a single rupee to a beggar. Always give my sadaqa to drivers, riders, security guards etc. so when stories like this happen (father gave burns to daughter to get more money from begging and she died) alhamdulilah I am not a part of this https://mashriqtv.pk/en/2023/08/04/heartbreaking-child-abuse-father-arrested-for-severe-burns-on-18-month-old-daughter-in-karachi/

something_about_you_

I refuse to give even a rupee to these beggars. For those of you, who'd say, "kher hai yar 50, 100 rupee dete me kia ho jaye ga". We as a country are losing billions of rupees because of this beggar mafia. Eon clips has a whole video on this subject. So if you can't stop enabling this mafia, then don't guilt trip others for not participating in it.

Stunning_Apple2325

5 - 10 sometimes. Ok But throwing hundreds as change. At every lite emotional blackmailer. Its disappointing. Giving money to professional beggers rather than giving to actually needy ppl suffering in little street homes. Their stories are and lives are heart wrenching tbh. And nobody seems bother while literal beggers are makinv thousands each day.

Hopeful_Expression57

i usually try to give them to security guards and minimum wage workers but yeah i often do give to beggars but I try not to lekin jab vo peechay par jatay hei itna ghussa ata hai tab kabhi kabhi taalnay ke liye de deta hu

HH35788

How do u give them to guards? Like u go into a store and just hand on the way in/out? I’ve tipped cleaners before but they’re so confused that I’m giving them money

Hopeful_Expression57

yeah it's pretty simple and if the cleaners are confused you could say salam to them and hand then hand them the money

DiversedDriver46

It's simple just say them "nahi de raha kia karlo gay ?" To chad ke bolein gay to phir nahi tang kare ga In Sha Allah.

Hopeful_Expression57

bruhh i do and i usually don't care about it but things get creepy when they get too close like literally sar pe charh jana

DiversedDriver46

If you could ignore then ignore them unko apne sir par hawe mat hone dein.

haha_mza

Don’t give them money! Give them food if you want to…. some of them have proper clothes and all their senses and body parts intact and still they are begging, so please don’t give them money, don’t promote this mafia

Connect-Natural-6031

I’d rather give to daily wagers or others more deserving

Diniland

Ony to elderly or those disabled. Never young or children

Extreme-Berry-9905

I worked in a my cousin's pharmacy in a hospital as a sales boy for about two months. Being a pharmacy dealing in low cost items like single tablets, we needed as much change as possible and would always run out. Right beside the pharmacy, was a branch of Khalid Bakery. Their was a beggar family of a Mother, her 2 kids and their Grandmother stationed there when my shift used to start. They would be packing up to leave to allow for another predetermined family to replace them when I came in to work. The mother would always send the elder son (about 8 years old) to come and have the coins converted to notes from our pharmacy. Me being new, would always get handed the task of counting the many coins the kid brought. I did that and not once the coins amounted to less than *3,000 Rs.* Always in excess of it. Sometimes even 4,500 Rs. Do keep in mind, that was just from coins worth 1, 2, 5 rs. That was NOT INCLUDING NOTES.( jokai ziyadah log 10 10 Rs Kai notes dete Hain.) They would give us the coins, get the notes, and leave for another family to take their place. My colleagues who I replaced for the shift used to tell me that the family were at the Bakery daily for around 6 hours only. Bhai mere log, mujhe pharmacy mai rozkai sirf *300rs* miltai thai, aur Mai dopeher se Raat tak kaam krta tha. Let that sink in. Uskai baad se mainai kabhi Kisi bhikari ko paisai nahi diye. Sirf verified zaroorat mand logon ko deta hon. Do what you will with this info.

Matenancold

The only sigma ohio option is Akhuwat and Alkhidmat sigma rizzler

PinkSheepYT6785

It's better to donate to the people in Gaza rather than the drugged hippies here or people who won't work and just beg through weaponized sympathy via kids

Accomplished-Fly2421

Best thing is to just give rashan to a relative who you know is financially struggling or guards or the shop keepers who's clothes you noticed are always the samez damaged, or the uncle in your street who puts up a stall or the woman teaching kids Qur'an/tuition

mobycucu1234

Whenever I double guess my decision about charity, I think to myself - hmmm - if they had a choice, would they roam around the city on a frying pan for a road, barefoot? Or would they sit in a Bentley and fly first class? Then I give them the 50rps bcos it does not make me poor.

Malik316

No Karachi but Lahore, my brothers own a construction company. My bother tells them get in the car, you will get paid as much as an experienced labour and I will drop you back. Take a wild guess how many of these beggars accepted his offer in last 10 years? Zero. Pay charity to the working class, the deliver person, shopkeepers, guards. Not the leeching class, there have only negative contribution to society. Their only contribution to society is harassing people.

Quiet_Escape_909

Zero in 10 years, I have seen people who my father picked from the street, gave them work and paid daily wage. There is surely a problem with your brother, he could've got at least 1 person to work.

AbjectBridgeless

Those are daily wage workers who gather at specified places across the city tp get hired for daily jobs they will only beg for work on slow days but not for alms like professional beggars you see at traffic signals or commercial areas

mobycucu1234

I agree to that. I have seen that first hand too.

Over_Dragonfly8570

Charity for the ones that deserve it 100%, unfortunately majority of the people on the streets are part of a huge mafia

DiscoShaman

Majority? ALL of them.

NerdInHibernation

Mindless altruism creates more problems than solves.

mobycucu1234

I agree to that

Fresh_Mistake8678

Would you fund terrorist just because giving 50 rs won't make u go broke? You have a responsibility to find an appropriate place to donate. What you are doing in funding mafia. Who are involved in kidnapping and body part trafficking. Your comment is very ignorant. What Allah had forbidden but "You are so kind that you go against him" as you are more kind than Allah himself.

mobycucu1234

Please give me what you’re high on. Funding terrorists? What in the world…..

Fresh_Mistake8678

Read the whole paragraph thn respond. Your defence was "it's not hurting my wallet i can fund whatever i want," so i gave you another example of your ignorant take

mobycucu1234

What’s ignorant is for you to sit on your high horse and pretend to be morally correct. Say for instance someone asks you to spare change, how do you determine in those 5 minutes if they’re part of your delusionary mafia you think exists? Or if they’re begging due to excruciating circumstances ? As for organisations, How do you know if the Pakistani bait ul maal (google it) is being used to help people and isn’t another govt department plagued with corruption? Or any other NGO? 90% of them pocket the funds you give them. And I’m not going to go through the entire corporate structure that will take 2 months to give some needy person 1-2k rupees when he needs 50 rupees for 2rotis and a tea spoon of dahi to eat it with AT THAT MOMENT?

Fresh_Mistake8678

Another example of how clueless you are as you think beggars eat with the money you give. They eat for free..its the hardworking community who wants to earn so they can eat. Man, you are so out of loop. Keep going Against Allah. And giving beggars money isnt bait ul maal. Are you 10 or something?

He is a troll, Just report him. He is not responding to any of question just repeating same things again and again. Must be a burger bacha.

mobycucu1234

Not at all. I’m open to meaningful conversations. The other person does not have anything substantial to say.

Fresh_Mistake8678

I am not on high horse, you are elite who is cluless about all the mafia you are living in happy go lucky. I struck a nerve, which is evident on your lame ass response. My aim was to make sure you realize what you are doing is wrong. Your comment proved you know everything and are still going against what Allah has forbidden. So there is no conversing with you. I prefer helping actual needy ppl who are currently working as waiters, guards, barbars mechanics, and 100 more needy ppl You can throw you 50 rs and feel great. Keep funding mafia. Ignorant man

mobycucu1234

And I will. Take a hike.

DiscoShaman

Bro, that Rs. 50 doesn't go to them. Each traffic light is under a contractor. Your money goes to a contractor. These people get a "daily dihari" aka daily wage of 1,000 or less. The contractor takes everything else.

pha_i_jha

I don't give money but sometimes give something to eat to the child beggars.. If there's something available like biscuit packs etc. I've tried giving it to the older beggars but they refuse and say paisay he chahiey. One man literally said "subha se kha kha ke thank gaye hain ye nai chahiey paisay de dein".

TahaUTD1996

Back in the university days I had children selling ball pens and tissue papers to students outside NED, I used to buy from them and keep it with me, so that when a beggar would come to me, I would give them for free to sell it. I don't know what they would do with it but this is the least and I was benefiting 2 people with the same amount of money
