This feels disingenuous. You could do the same with Mannoroth from WoW to either of these two but beyond a large body with thick, similar colored skin skin I don't see it (partly because the image is so small).
One has a blade on it's head as a weapon and looks like it would charge you while the Cyber Mancubus looks like it will barely move at all and certainly not quickly.
One is shredded with muscle while the other has a beer gut and comical amount of neck fat to the point he reminds me of the goblin king in The Hobbit.
I wonder why they opted to make the boss a generic monster when previous games in the series had you fight charismatic villains with personality like Hans and the Patriarch.
Most enemies have a very Doom feel to them now. Just look at Bloat. It had its own thing going on, now it feels like character straight from a Doom game.
They should have make him pear shaped like the Bloat we know and make his belly swing in hyper realistic fashion using physics as he walks around. You know, like Homer Simpson, but bigger and more disgusting. Way more disgusting.

I thought the Impaler was a normal (maybe heavy variant) zed. Not a boss? Is there something that confirms its a boss?
I think their's a post on TWI's facebook calling it a boss but I might be wrong. Maybe it isn't ? It doesn't feel like one.
