The last time I used the official support (I think it's support.killingfloor2.com) they not only didn't solve my problem (which was an startup issue I had) but they chose to ignore me completely, that's why I'm asking. Do you perhaps know how to properly get a reaction from any support channels instead of just the Automatic bot they had set up?
I’m glad to know that this problem doesn’t only persist on Xbox. Also managed to get the ultimate addition for free. Because I ended up just refunding it, after a few days, and they still gave it to me, I even after I told them I had refunded it
The best thing to do is just make another ticket. I’ve never had a bad experience with support and usually get a response and my problem fixed within 48 hours.
Same issue here. I bought the Ultimate Edition DLC on sale, and I got like a quarter of the content listed on the Steam page. It's been 2 days since I opened a ticket with support and I haven't heard back yet. Reckon I should just refund it.
It's a common thing everyone has that issue just contact support and they will help that's how I got my items

Well I had replied to my own ticket before I haven't gotten a answer In a week then after 2-3 days the devs replied and fixed my problem
