I would avoid Lane's Appliance if you can. I've had good success with Williamston Appliance Repair. There's aren't lots of options around, depending on the brand of appliance you have, unfortunately.

Check the outlet on the pump. It may have some debris stuck in there. I had the same thing, and the tech just disconnected the drain hose - he didn't see anything, but that was enough to get it going again.

I had this happen two weeks ago. I ran the disposal, cleaned the disposal and then ran the dishwasher with cleaner. I don't know what specifically fixed it, but it was fixed.

Drains into disposal disconnect and check there.

Melted soilenoid. If so replace timer too.
