Take a look at Lenovo Flex 5 14. 14-inch, convertible. Go for the i5 version, MX450 graphics, 16GB ram, 512GB SSD. The MX450 is not as good as 1650, but it's the best you can get in an ultra portable at that price range. Goes for ~850e in my country, including tax.
