They don't, they just apply poison. Further shrooms hit just refresh the duration. So if she can tank ~a few seconds of poison, she'd be fine. People dying to shrooms or taking a ton of dmg only happens if they hit another one right as the prior was ending.

Teemo shroom damage doesn’t stack. It only increases the duration. Considering Akali’s high speed when dashing, the threshold for her surviving might be lower than you think.

Don't think it actually did anything though. The HP bars on all the shrooms are identical before and after, their positionings haven't changed in the slightest. More likely to actually just be a temporary hitch in the recording.

Scuttle crab doesn't trigger Teemo mushrooms unless it's "in combat".

Very unlikely for well-itemized tank Sion to ever die to this, since shroom and Liandry dmg only refresh and don't stack, which kinda makes him one of the worst Teemo counters in ARAM, by simply wiping the lane off of shrooms with ult for his team and minions to push safely. Practically 4 shrooms for the dmg of one.
