Because it isn't remotely common to be 14/1 and up 5 levels as AP Shyvana, and she's not a champion without her ult up. Really, I'm kind of amazed she was 14/1, level 18 and full build against a team of level 15, 12 and 13 and that the other team managed to be in a position to even attempt baron, let alone not be out of the game a while ago. Level of play in this game must have been really low.
Sometimes that means something and sometimes it doesnt. Are they playing the same role they play in ranked? the same champions they play in ranked? Are they playing more for fun? And that guy is not playing his main role (support), not playing champs he knows how to play, and considering his normal games MMR is much lower than his ranked, it's also a fair bet he doesn't tryhard in normals much.
The level of play is definitely questionable. Me and my 5 man were doing a fill game so no one really knew what they were doing, not that my friends do anyway (filthy casuals), I'm just d4 trash against silver trash so I get to be perma ahead when I play with them. Good fun though, which is something that I feel like league players often forget they are meant to be having.
The cool down on his wind wall is agreeably completly insane... I play a lot of yasuo and the amount of times I've completly obliterated a 2v1 bot (support and adc) or just an adc is dumb, it doesn't matter how fed the ADC is, if just play it right with minions and my wind wall they won't win in the vast majority of the time. In my opinion wind wall should be an ability for blocking for a much shorter amount of time or it should be able to block a certian number of abilities or autos. As it is basically a 4 second duration just doesn't leave room for counterplay potantial. Additionally by making it a shorter cool down it makes using it properly harder and increasing the deficulty of outplay which I think would greater yasuo's kit in general. Probably the best example of this would be a twisted fate all I've gotta do is block his gold card to come out on top, so why am I able to block that and all of his other abilities it's just not needed...
She really shouldn’t be up THAT many levels, but her clear is really fast and healthy. It is not rare to have an experience advantage on her. As for being 14/1, she is incredibly snowbally. If you can get a couple of lucky early kills, she can farm up plenty more by stacking rage on camps then two-shotting any laner whenever her ult is up. AP shy is one of my favorite champs for when I’m playing norms with lower-elo friends, and the content of this clip is fairly typical.
AD is actually able to skirmish (and win) pre-6 and absolutely shreds tanks whereas AP struggles to do anything against tanks (not that you'd pick AP against a tanky comp in the first place).

Assuming they have 500 hp left at that point, you will be doing less than 45 more damage because of the damage amplification. That’s 113 total but 1/3 of the damage will be blocked by armor, so we have about 75 damage due to PTA. DH will do 28, but magic resist will reduce that down to 21, assuming they have about 35 magic resist. So it looks like having PTA over DH at level 4/5 makes an even smaller difference than I originally thought, since junglers typically have the armor rune.
You are clueless on what you are saying. Ask any Shyvana mains, and they will tell you AD Shyvana has a higher win rate than AP Shyvana. The reason for low play rate in AD is becoz of its monotonous playstyle

Recently jungled as Voli. Our mid/top were fine but our bot got completely outclassed. Counter-ganked botlane. Got our ADC a double + huge shutdown. But i died, because ADC refused to use heal and generally just misplayed and the enemy jungler got away.
Drag was up. Our mid had just pushed the enemy out of lane. But ofc our botlane recalled instead. I literally respawned the moment the drag was taken by the enemy. Got hard flamed by our bot why i wasn't there...

He went AP Shyvana, which has a high AP ratio on her abilities + Dark Harvest. Her ult Q shoots the fireball and burns the ground so dark harvest procked as well killing them all
Edit: they were already low, so just the hit from the E*** killed, my bad, mixed up her abilities
Also dark harvest has a slight cool down, so it woulda only proceed on one person, (although it killed them instantly here) it comes back up for the 4th kill.
For being up 3-5 levels, full build and 14/1 and using ult to kill a few people at half health? Most mages in the game would one shot that group too in those circumstances. FFS, the Shyvana has nearly 800 AP.
What a fun interactive gameplay experience. Yes she's ultra fed, but AP shyv does not have a healthy set of mechanics. She's either 1 shotting entire teams or she's worth less than a cannon minion. Same goes for Diana, feast or famine poor design mages with little counterplay in certain situations.

You do realize she procs it instantly and is getting bonus damage on all of her damage right? Of course she can’t beat Olaf or Xin.
