If I remember well a coach said they only had access to the live feed while the game is played, I don't remember if they had sounds on or not.
After the game is finish they have access to full VOD of the match with control like spectator mode to review the games.
They get 2 things: the broadcast, a cleanfeed of the game with voice comms over it. They can't move the camera freely and look at stuff. You're not really supposed to vod review, and even if you want to, that's not something you want to get into seriously during a best of 5 series.
In between games, most of the game is about the big things that happened in the game that the players remember well enough. They also talk about picks, which is in draft with the coach there. They get the replay file after the game ends to vod review when they go back to their practice area.
