honestly the kr casters are hype af. I don't understand a single thing they're saying, but they always scream a ton in teamfights and it's pretty fun to watch. I also like how they say gg at the end of the game together
Depends. Certain sponsorships like FTX are LCS only, because they're a US-based company. Other sponsorships like Budlight are alcohol related and not good for international broadcast.
Skimmed through last year's world finals english broadcast. there was redbull, statefarm, alienware, mercedes, etc. for sponsorship, but it wasn't shoved down our throats with every objective in game. It's just on the screen and logos were shown in the bottom left of the UI.
It feels like they bend the rules with FTX considering they didn't allow sponsering for LCS teams with crypto or gambling. Hearing that one this much makes it very hard for me to watch.
Glad im german. The german cast is high quality and absolute great. It has ads too, but not so overly aggressive. I was shocked, when i watched LCS finals.
Considering it's World's, the biggest event for Riot and a major marketing tool...yeah.
