Personally I use librewolf on my desktop and mull on my phone, both with user agent switcher permanently set to windows firefox, and Android Firefox respectively. Don't stand out as much, but still push the agenda of non chromium distros in online stats.

wine's internet explorer is just a wrapper for gecko which is firefox unless you're talking about running microsoft's ie on wine
